What do you do with the broken LCD screens?

LCD Buyer processes and tests all LCD screens here in the USA at our facility in Ithaca, Michigan.

All LCD screens are then supplied to our refurbishing operations to recondition phones.

Do you sell refurbished LCD screens?

No. LCD Buyer purchases broken LCD screens for the use of our own production.

Will you return the LCDs you don't buy from me?

Upon request, LCD Buyer will return any LCDs they do not purchase from a seller. The first return shipment is on us, after which the seller is responsible for a $.50 chargeback fee per LCD and freight. This keeps our overhead down and allows us to continue to offer you the best buyback value possible on your viable LCDs.

Does LCD Buyer pay for shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE UPS shipping for qualifying orders of 50 items or more.

How do I pack broken LCD screens?

Packing your LCD screens properly is one of the most important ways to ensure you earn the most money for your shipments. Please follow our suggested guidelines for packing and shipping broken LCD screens.

Use our specially designed LCD shipping box and refer to the included Shipping Guidelines.

If you would prefer to use your own box:

  • Use bubble sleeves to protect each individual LCD screen if possible.
  • Fill any empty space in the box with newspaper or bubble wrap to avoid movement during shipment.
  • Tape box securely shut.
